Sinopse
Equatorial Constellations raises a bridge first traversed 50 years ago: the Biafra-Sao Tomé Airlift of 1968-1970. Child refugees of the Biafra War are enlivened in the passports left together with and Joint Church Aid missionaries in archival footage in a story remembered through the eyes of modern San Tomean participants of this unprecedented civilian relief effort, now considered as inaugural of modern humanitarian aid.

THE LIFE WE KNOW
Sinopse
In a hamlet of Portugal’s remote inland, between the rivers Douro and Tâmega, there live about thirty people. At the top of a hill, we find sisters Ana and Glória living in an isolated place which the baker, the fishmonger, the grocer, and their children visit once a week. Everything else comes from the soil, which the two sisters work from sunrise to sunset, amidst the strips of farmed land. We follow the agricultural cycle over the course of a year as the relationship between the director and the protagonists ripens. The veil is lifted on these women’s day-to-day lives and their deepest thoughts about life in the countryside, the only life they know.

Sinopse
A sad and restrained man lying on the bed in his empty room. Hesitates, ponder hypotheses in a cycle without deciding, stuck. In exhaustion all anguish equals. Another man is sitting at the window: he looks at him and to the street. Characters in broken situations. The key positions, the suspended sequences, are shown. The man almost decides - and they almost return, inside and out, to them and to the city, time and movement. Infinite dawn.
