We dropped a coin, we went on, but what stories hide "behind the coin"!? From the streets to the stage, from the limelight to the streets. Souls seeking food, bodies seeking sustenance, but in the end only music survives.

Sinopse

Pretu Fuguli is a creole expression that is used in a discriminatory manner. This term has been revived by the Guinean visual artist, Nu Barreto who transformed it into a visual concept, with a large production and international projection. Following the artist to Brazil, Guinea-Bissau, Macao, and even Paris where he lives and works, we are invited to dive into Nu Barreto's life and work in order to understand his creative process and the conflicts in which lives the artist, who is from one of the poorest countries in the world.
